1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Avorelo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Avorelo is a software product that helps AI coding agents and developers stay scoped, reduce approval fatigue, produce evidence and proof, manage workflow signals, support cost and value visibility, and create safer automation boundaries.
Avorelo provides controls, signals, evidence, receipts, and workflow support. It does not guarantee bug-free code, secure code, production safety, exact savings, legal compliance, or uninterrupted service. Users remain responsible for reviewing, approving, deploying, and operating their own code and systems.
3. Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Avorelo offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) depending on the plan you select.
Payments, taxes, invoices, subscription management, and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms as applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, unless required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for details.
Avorelo may change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to your current billing period.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving all code changes, including those assisted by AI tools
- Managing your own secrets, credentials, API keys, and repository permissions
- Production deployment decisions and operational safety
- Customer data protection and regulatory obligations applicable to your work
- Ensuring your use of AI-assisted workflows complies with your own organization's policies
- Verifying that outputs, evidence, and signals from Avorelo meet your requirements before acting on them
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Avorelo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Use Avorelo for any illegal activity
- Use Avorelo to attack, scan, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data
- Attempt to bypass subscription limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Avorelo except where required by applicable law
- Misuse AI or workflow automation features in ways that cause harm or violate third-party rights
- Use Avorelo to process, store, or transmit malware, exploit code, or stolen credentials
- Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' access
- Resell or redistribute access to Avorelo without prior written permission
7. AI and Workflow Disclaimer
Avorelo provides workflow controls, evidence, signals, and automation support for AI-assisted coding. These features are designed to help reduce risk and improve visibility, but they do not replace human judgment.
Avorelo does not guarantee that AI-assisted code is free of bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors. Avorelo does not guarantee exact cost savings, compliance with any specific standard, or production readiness. Users are responsible for final review, testing, and deployment decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
Your content
You retain ownership of your code, data, and content. Avorelo does not claim ownership of user-generated content.
Avorelo's property
The Avorelo product, brand, user interface, logic, documentation, and service are the property of Avorelo. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Avorelo's proprietary materials without permission.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Avorelo, you grant Avorelo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the product. You are not required to provide feedback.
9. Privacy
Your use of Avorelo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect and how we use it.
10. Third-Party Services
Avorelo integrates with or relies on third-party services, including Lemon Squeezy for payment processing, hosting providers, and analytics tools. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. Avorelo is not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.
11. Service Changes
Avorelo may modify, update, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for changes that materially affect your use of the service.
12. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to Avorelo if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will continue to apply.
13. Disclaimers
Avorelo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Avorelo does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Avorelo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any evidence, signals, or outputs generated by the service.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avorelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Avorelo in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
