1. Overview
Avorelo is a subscription software product. This policy describes how refunds work for Avorelo's paid plans. Payments, taxes, invoices, subscription management, and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms may also apply.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan has no associated charges. No refund is applicable.
3. Pro Plan Refunds
Monthly subscriptions
If you are unsatisfied with your first paid Pro subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This 14-day refund window applies to your first purchase only, and is limited to one refund per customer or account.
Renewal payments after the first billing period are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or caused by a billing or technical error on our part.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plan purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the initial annual purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
4. Teams Plan Refunds
The same refund terms apply to the Teams plan: a 14-day refund window on the first purchase, one refund per account, and renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Unused subscription time within a billing period is generally not refundable.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@avorelo.com with:
- The email address associated with your Avorelo account
- Your order or invoice ID, if available
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to refund requests within a few business days.
7. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on Lemon Squeezy's processing time and your payment method. This may take several business days.
8. Abuse and Fraud
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear to involve abuse, fraud, or refund manipulation. Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts may be declined.
9. Legal Requirements
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides broader refund rights, those rights apply.
