Contact
The previous hosted service is gone, and with it the accounts, billing and support queue that went with it. Enquiries now reach a single address, support@avorelo.com, by email from your own mail client — nothing is submitted through this website.
Nothing is submitted through this website. There is no form here, no message is sent, and no data you type into any page reaches Avorelo. This page is informational only.
Optional paid services
Avorelo is Open Source under the Apache License 2.0, so personal, internal, organizational, and commercial use are already permitted at no cost. Separately, optional paid services may be agreed: support, implementation, consulting, integrations, training, hosted operation, maintenance, and SLAs.
Email support@avorelo.com with the subject Avorelo services inquiry.
- You do not need to contact us to use Avorelo under Apache-2.0.
- Contacting us does not change your Apache-2.0 rights.
- No price or SLA is promised without a separate services agreement.
General support
For questions and general support, email support@avorelo.com.
Support is otherwise local: running avorelo support bundle creates an allowlisted artifact on your own machine from your own project.
- Nothing is uploaded. The bundle is written to disk and stays there.
- You decide whether to share it, and with whom.
- Apache-2.0 includes no warranty or SLA; community support is best-effort.
Security
Report vulnerabilities confidentially by email to support@avorelo.com with the subject Confidential Avorelo security report. Once GitHub Private Vulnerability Reporting is enabled on the public repository, prefer that channel; email remains a fallback.
- Do not disclose sensitive vulnerabilities in a public issue.
- Please do not post credentials or exploit detail publicly.
- A support bundle is allowlisted, but review it before sharing it with anyone.
